ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Mr. Fecteau is a Staff Engineer Associate for Regulatory Services at Underwriters Laboratories. Mr. Fecteau is a Certified Building Official (CBO), Certified Electrical Code Official (ECO) and currently maintains twenty-three International Code Council (ICC) inspection certifications and two IAEI inspection certifications. Note: When leaving, if an arm is down at the ramp exit, approach to about 3 feet and wait a moment. They sense your car and open.
